We aim to increase the health and safety awareness and conscious of all employees and to achieve “zero incidents” through risk assessment (identification of dangers and hazards), KYT (danger forecasting and close call prevention activities), and other relevant initiatives. In addition, we also continually work to improve our workplace management with management staff working to prevent overwork resulting from prolonged working hours.
